Our prices are per apartment and day for a minimum stay of 7 days.
In case of early departure or late arrival the apartment will be calculated depending on the reservation. For the final cleaning we charge € 40.
On arrival, the booked apartments are available from 2 p.m. - on the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartments until 9.30 a.m. - we need this time in order to clean the rooms for the next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
Reservations and bookings are only valid for us if a deposit of 30% of the total price is received. This is possible by sending a non-transferable check or a transfer to our bank account.
